CFS provided full façade fabrication services for the redevelopment of Wardman Park, delivering all aluminum composite material (ACM) cladding, aluminum flashing, and coping systems for this large-scale, highly coordinated project.

All ACM panels were produced in fully custom finishes, including Medium Gray, Bistro Bronze, Douglas Fir Green, Vintage Graphite, Dark Bronze, Sunstorm Champagne Bronze, Anodic Satin Mica, Duranar Sunstorm Cashmere Pearl, and Pearl Gold. All aluminum flashing and coping were fabricated from 0.080" aluminum and finished to match the custom ACM color palette, ensuring consistency across the entire building envelope.

This project highlights CFS’s capability to manage complex façade scopes requiring precision fabrication, custom finishes, and tight coordination across multiple elevations and building systems.
